Why am I signing an Insurance Waiver?
You are signing an insurance waiver so that the you the businesses, or you the artist, the landowners, the leaseholders and the organizers can not be sued for whatever reason. Everyone is responsible for themselves.  We know that you are a responsible person, we are just covering our *and yours too!* you know what.
