L’Oven Farm Fresh Food – Food and Culture
Robert MacDonald, fresh from a year long sabatical will wow us with yet another essay on one of his favourite subjects:, Food and Culture. His talk “The Glazed Cake of Culture” will take you into his thought process and leave you with a new understanding of food and the relationship we have with it.

Patricia Guest, local food advocate, passionate preserver and owner at L’Oven will particiapte with her ideas and experiments with the many cultures of Canada and how each preserves their food as part of their cultural heritage with the talk “Perfectly Preserved”.
